I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, huge, and had a lovely terrace overlooking the city. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was nice with a fresh health food bar. The view of Gran Via street from the room was stunning, and having a boiler with complimentary water, tea, and coffee packs really added to the comfort of the stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I found it to be well-situated near all the tourist areas, which was a big advantage. The rooms were a bit disappointing though, as they got too hot and the noise from the main road was bothersome. The service, however, was excellent, especially thanks to Pablo who went out of his way to make things right.
My stay at this hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and could easily accommodate a group of adults and children, although the direct sunlight in the afternoon was a bit annoying. The service provided was friendly and helpful, offering information about the area. The location was superb, right in the heart of Gran Via, offering a convenient and vibrant experience. The dining options were varied and well-made, but more tables would be beneficial during busy hours.
