I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, huge, and had a lovely terrace overlooking the city. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was nice with a fresh health food bar. The view of Gran Via street from the room was stunning, and having a boiler with complimentary water, tea, and coffee packs really added to the comfort of the stay.

The location was perfect for me, being in a prime shopping area right next to Gran Vía and all the shops. Everything I needed was just a stone's throw away, and I appreciated the gesture they made for my friend's birthday upon request.

The dining experience was excellent, exceeding my expectations. The food selection was nice, and even during breakfast time, everything was refilled promptly. All this for just 14 euros for an all-you-can-eat meal is definitely worth it.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found it to be well-situated near all the tourist areas, which was a big advantage. The rooms were a bit disappointing though, as they got too hot and the noise from the main road was bothersome. The service, however, was excellent, especially thanks to Pablo who went out of his way to make things right.
